Websites of interest to alt.backrubs readers
This is a list of documents about medicine, alternative health care
and Usenet that I put together one rainy afternoon. Many of the references
here come from the w3.sites file in the alt.backrubs archive so there is a bias towards the type of
resources that I think interest alt.backrubs readers the most.
Some of these sites are described in part 5 of the alt.backrubs frequently asked questions list.

- Aesclepian Chronicles
- `The editorial policy of Aesclepian Chronicles is to publish
informative and inspirational articles about the many new complementary and
allopathic treatment modalities that are emerging. These modalities may be
approached from both a personal and a clinical perspective. The editorial
goal of Aesclepian Chronicles is to critically evaluate the role,
usefulness and applicability of complementary alternatives within the
mainstream of medicine. We are interested in both the clinical and
philosophical implications of the interaction of complementary and
allopathic medicine. Equally of interest are the structural and economic
issues as they relate to the attempts to reform the national health
system.' (Quoted from the editorial policy)

Neither the inclusion nor the exclusion of any sites from this list
indicates my approval or disapproval of those sites. The list would be
greatly improved by a short description of each site, but as I said this
was not a serious project. This is list is copyrighted by me but you may
